EDENOVO Ambassadors
Recommend a client. Earn 10% of the agency’s commission.
Transparent terms, honest statuses, no small print. You always see where your referral stands — from the same CRM the agency itself runs on.
How it works
Three steps, nothing hidden
Step one
Share your personal link
Send it to anyone who asks you who to recommend for property on the Costa del Sol.
Step two
We do the work — you watch it happen
Every referral moves through honest statuses in your cabinet, in real time:
Step three
You receive 10% of the commission
Ten percent of the commission EDENOVO actually receives, net of IVA. Paid after the deal completes.
A worked example
The arithmetic, in the open
Your reward is always 10% of the commission EDENOVO receives, net of IVA. Here is exactly how that is calculated in two typical cases.
Direct deal
EDENOVO sole agentCollaboration deal
50 / 50 with another agencyFigures are illustrative. The reward is calculated on the commission actually received by EDENOVO, net of IVA — never on the purchase price.
What makes it different
You see every status, not a black box
Most referral schemes end the moment you send a name. Here, each referral stays visible in your personal cabinet — the same CRM EDENOVO runs the agency on — as it moves from first contact to completed deal.
No private client details are shown — only the honest state of your referral.
Fair rules
The terms, stated plainly
First-touch attribution. The first ambassador to introduce a client is credited. If the person is already known to EDENOVO, you see that immediately — before you spend any effort.
A six-month attribution window. Your introduction stays credited to you for six months from first contact.
Reward due on completion. The reward is payable after the deal completes and the commission is actually received by EDENOVO — not on signing, not on a promise.
Clear payout routes. Invoice for autónomo and companies (plus IVA, legal withholdings applied); a one-off reward with IRPF withholding for individuals. A short identity and payment verification precedes the first payout.
Consent and good faith. Manually entered clients require documented GDPR consent. Fraudulent or duplicated referrals are rejected.
